In today's generation the people turn on TV to see or hear about weight loss pills, extreme exercising but it all starts with a healthy diet and consistency with a weight loss plan. This is where superfoods come into the picture. The greatest superfood known to man is water, calorie free and highly efficient water. Superfood is naturally designed to give the human body supplements and fewer calories then processed foods. Another favorite is green tea, a study on webmd.com showed that people who consumed green tea for three months lost more body fat then a group of people who drank oolong tea for the same amount of time. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day seeing as how this is when most traditional superfoods tend to usually be served. Berries are another superfood that are full of vitamin b that gives the body energy that is necessary for a productive day. The most common of the superfoods are of course salads, full of fiber from different vegetables and the more salad you eat the better for the body.
